I changed the time frame on my charts tonight and lost data from the prior day.
I have deleted and reloaded my data with the same results.
Is it possible CQG made a change after hours.
Symbol ESH20 and CME currencies affected.

I had the same issues. For me it was minute or hour trade data. Ticks and seconds were fine. Bid and Ask was not affected.
Contacted CQG, they found the problem.
A restart of the platform did not correct the charts. I deleted the data from the server and then restarted, charts are now correct.
