I've been testing OwnData 2 for a couple of days and I believe you guys really hit it this time! The integration between GlobalServer and TradeStation 8 works great, unification of 2000i's GS and TS8 is a great argument for those of us who still wouldn't let go our beloved old tick databases while at the same time wish for TS8 technical improvements.

My lack of technical background has always made it hard for me to understand just how this or that new program works. But OwnData 2 makes the work so intuitive that it looks like happening all by itself! I'm trading through Interactive Brokers and I was able to get real-time data from IB to TradeStation 8 in just a few clicks.

Thanks for your help and your program, it has been a savior to me, I have been so happy with your product, I recommened OwnData 2 to three of my friends who now use your program, they are just as happy as I am. Thank you!

The new ASCII data import works great. I've amassed a mound of assorted data in txt format, now I can use it all as an additional data source for my back-testing and combine native TradeStation and 3d party ASCII data.
