Description

The Convergence Rate can be adjusted when Proximal Convergence is selected for the Genetic Algorithm (default being 0.99).
This criteria is taken into account after a Minimum Number of Generations.
It would be helpfull to have an idea of the Convergence Rate as the optimization process progress: maybe the rate is too high or too low.
If the Convergence Rate is too low, the minimum number of generations might be too high (then wasting optimization time)
If the Convergence Rate is too high, the maximum number of generation might not be enough to reach the target.
