No order confirmation when trading from chart markers

Description

If in a position and click on the reversal button on the position marker on the chart or if right click on the chart and click reverse position, and likely other order types as well, then the order executes without confirmation despite having order confirmation turned on in the chart trading settings. This is very dangerous and counter-intuitive behavior.

Steps to reproduce this issue

open a position. click on the reverse button on the marker for the position on the chart.  the position will be reversed without asking for a confirmation.

The chart trading dialog box already has an option for "order confirmations", therefore this is not a request for a new feature but a request for an existing option to function as expected. The fact that orders can be placed from chart trading without order confirmation is counter-intuitive when that option is selected!
