Volume Profile integration with Playback

Description

Volume Profile is not currently integrated with Playback. This means, when back-playing some historical data, volume profile won't be available.

It would be so much more valuable to have a playback that would show you the volume profile as well.

I just ran into this limitation myself, 8 years after it was first mentioned. Oh, dear.

It is now possible to show Volume Profile in the data playback in our new Simulated Trading https://www.multicharts.com/trading-software/index.php?title=How_to_Use_Simulated_Trading
