The same link color in two workspaces creates confusion

I created two workspaces with a scanner and some charts in each of them. I used the same color to link both scanners to their charts. I have the same instruments in both scanners. Now when I change selection in one of the scanners charts from both workspaces will switch to that instrument. You either should not allow to use the same color in multiple links or you have to remember what charts belong to what scanner.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Create a workspace, create a scanner, add at least two instruments, open a chart for one of the instruments and link it with the scanner using red color. Save and close the workspace. Create a second workspace which can be exact copy of the first one. Save it and open the first workspace. Now you should see that if you change a selection in one of the scanners the charts from both workspaces will switch to the same instrument.

Absolutely agree - the current implementation of this was a huge surprise and limits the usefulness of linking charts.
