Description

I only use the Chart Analysis, Drawing Tools & Control toolbars.
I have horizontally aligned them, just below the main menu (Files, View etc.) (see original.png).
Whenever I quit Multicharts and launch it again, they relocate themselves on the top of each others (see relocated.png).
I am using Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Arrange the toolbars as in original.png, quit, then restart Multicharts.

Would be nice to have a feature "Lock The Toolbars", as shown on the screenshot "Lock_The_Toolbars.png" (attached).
