"Map ASCII" Does Not Support All Instrument Categories

Description

I wish to use Quote Manager / Map ASCII to create a large number instruments. Some of these instruments are Spreads. But in the "Category" dropdown the "Spreads" category is missing (and so are several other supported categories).
Please see the 2 attached screenshots. One shows the "Map ASCII" dialog which shows only a subset of the supported categories, and the other shows the "Add Symbol" dialog which shows the full set of supported categories.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Use the "Map ASCII" dialog on any file of your choosing.
