[Command Line] Allow removing indicators and strategies

Description

Currently it is possible to add indicators and strategies through the Command Line.
It would be helpful if we could also remove indicators and strategies through Command Line parameters.

Also, could options for changing the parameters of strategies or indicators that are inserted programmatically be added?
