[IOG] Set number of entries per bar programmatically

Description

Currently we can set the IOG mode to enabled or disabled programmatically. It would however also be useful if we can define the number of IOG entries programmatically: once per bar or unlimited entries per bar.

Therefore, I'd like to request that such a class attribute is added to MC .NET.
