Time axis is not linear

Description

The portfolio backtest report "Equity Curve Detailed" shows a not linear time axis if not all data files start at the same date.

The resulting time based x-axis must be linear no matter at what time the various data files start!

The attached image, shows an equity curve of a classical 21 markets Futures portfolio starting at 1980. During the first years most of the markets have not yet started trading. But why should I not be able to chart a meaningful equity curve for such a test...

Steps to reproduce this issue

Use data series with different starting dates and see how the dataes at the beginning of the test are spaced wider.
