Description

MC is the tool that is the interface between a user and IB server
My idea is to have MC looking at the request historic by a user and split them internally before sending the request to MC.
MC could easely look in is own data and see if the asked historic may overpass IB pacing rules. 
So MC could control the asked flow by sending only small chunk at the time and by so prevent a pacing violation

This is IB API limitation. We have made all possible improvements and optimization of historical data requests from our end. As soon as IB improve their API and get rid of the limitations, it will work accordingly in MultiCharts.
