if i start the recorder today, MC should download and save locally the
datas in tick or in minutes (as the user decide); the first download will
be the maximum allowed from provider.
On next days, even if i reopen MC after 5 days, MC should beable to download the last 5 days and concatenate to the other saved on C.
in this way we should have own historical data for the long backtesting, the only limit is of course the capacity of computer HD.
