Allows timed Exits to work on Strategy Restart

Description

Timed exits (bar counting) currently resets to "0" upon a Strategy Restart.
 Please add "Entry BarNumber" to "Assign the Initial Market Position at Broker" so that timed exits continue to work correctly upon strategy restart.
