Improve Special Order Functions for Generating Exit

Description

The name of the special order GenerateExitOnClose() is confusing as it does not denote that it is order to exit on session close.
I think it should be renamed to GenerateExitOnSessionClose().
Also please add new functions for generating exit at bar close and immediate. These can be named as GenerateExitOnBarClose() and GenerateExit() respectively.
