Show Strategy Positions in Playback mode

Description

When playing back the strategy on the chart, nothing is shown in the Order and Position Tracker. It would be very intuitive and useful to show the list of positions of the strategy that is being played back in this window. It would be even better to have a more detailed TradeManager Status under Order and Position Tracker, so the developers can use that to debug their strategies instead of having to manually output those information to the PLEditor output window.

Steps to reproduce this issue

When playing back the strategy on the chart, nothing is shown in the Order and Position Tracker.

ADD a COPLETE SIMULATION of PLAYBACK MODE LIKE NINJATRADER,
like we could see also the position changing in DOM and TimeSales.
