Add a daily P&L display to Chart Trader

Description

For the selected broker, display the current day's profit and loss value in the Chart Trader panel.

Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. In Format Chart Trader>Commom Settings[/b] the user can select a checkbox to Show Daily P&L[/b]
  2. When Show Daily P&L is selected, display as follows: Daily PnL: 9,999,999 [Red for negative]
  3. Ideally, Daily PnL would update synchronously with any open positions so a trader could see at a glance when daily profit / loss targets were hit.
  4. Calculations do not include broker commissions
