Description

Several times a month my broker or data provider has an issue that I am not alerted about which creates issues with my live strategies.
I would like to receive an alert when there is a connection issue, broker, data is down etc. Similar to TS who alerts you when your connection is down/up or data is down/up.

Steps to reproduce this issue
