Description

There is no DOM support for Non-broker data sources (eSignal, IQFeed) currently. I hope this can be implemented. It's technically possible to display market depth for these data feeds in Paper Trader DOM window.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Open DOM window, Broker set to Paper Trader, Data source set to eSignal. There is no market depth displayed.

Access to market depth is extremely valuable for strategy development.
I am also an IqFeed client, and would really appreciate access to Level II data they provide.

I'm an IQFeed user with Level 2 data and I'd also appreciate this. I would like to use IQFeed data but trade with a broker connection.

My only option right now is to use someone else's software.
