IB API does not provide access to Continuous futures data, therefore you cannot get it in MultiCharts.

You can vote for this improvement in IB's project management system: https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=2493&sid=11157

The status of the current PM task will change, once IB make their API improvement.

IB has upgraded their API and added continuous contracts support through the API and thus it becomes available in MultiCharts.
