Description

Ability to re-arrange workspace tabs like tradestation or excel is an important feature. Imagine you have a few dozen workspace and you can't move the most frequently used one to the front!
 
I imagine it's a faily easy feature to implement and I would argue it's a high payoff/effort feature to implement as workspace tab is a fairly common UI component the user would deal with in a frequent basis.

There should not only be the ability to re-arrange the workspace tabs but also to save the arrangement for the next session (maybe by using a menu item "save all workspaces").
