Allow using strategy position tracker without auto sending orders

Description

There is an option in tradestation that allow the user to enable strategy automation but don't send order. It would only send order when user set a check box that says "Auto send order".
 
This allows the users to use the position tracker and seeing all strategy signals without actually using auto trade. This is useful for users who trades manually but use strategy signals to assist his trading and would  look at the strategy position in position tracker to monitor for signals.
 
When implementing this feature please note that the user could be manually entering orders with another platform. So MC should not connect to the broker when user enable strategy automation to avoid double logon to broker. MC should only connect to broker when "Auto send order" is enabled.
