Description

Make "this bar on close" orders work in real-time.  That way, with IOG turned on, such orders are submitted immediately to the broker after the current tick is processed, instead of being delayed one tick when using the "next bar on close" method.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Currently this is not permitted.

Make this also work when a signal is triggered by RecalcLastBarAfter as well as by an update tick.

I meant to say:
Make this also work when a signal is triggered by RecalcLastBarAfter as well as by an update tick, so that such an order is submiited as soon as the study finishes it's current cycle despite the lack of an update tick.
