Description

Whenever I place an order I never think about the number of shares I want to purchase I think of the amount I want to invest. It'd be great if multicharts gave the option to specify the maximum amount you want to invest rather than the number of shares because currently when placing quick orders I have to grab my calculator and calculate how many shares I want to purchase, this is slower when placing quick orders and its also more error prone.
I'm almost certain this is something most people would consider using as most hte time they're thinking aout what % of their overal postfolio they want ot invest in this particular stock.

Allowing us to chose an dollar amount gives us the ability to manage our money and reduce our overall risk by spreading the same % of our account over every trade.
