save chart as image options

Description

when the chart background is black, the saved image is reversed.
to save the image as is, the user must change the registry.

this is too cumbersome.
request to make this an option on the "save image as file" screen.
user should be able to make the choice while saving the image,
because user might be using the chart for printing 
as well as for presentation.

Fixed on new version,
* looking for autoname file with prefix @symbolt@datetime
