Manually adding additional levels to the Fibonacci tools

Description

I am aware that there are 9 Fibonacci levels with the Fibonacci tools, but actually I wish that one could manually add additional levels. The reason is that I have an additional Fibonacci level that I use plus four Gann levels. The way I am solving this now is that I skip the 4.236 level and use MetaTrader 4 for the Gann levels, which is not a good solution I think.

Along a similar line, it would be nice to be able to save different Fibonacci level settings to named templates or files. Sometimes you might want to use Gann levels (which I believe divide the high and low into 8 equal levels), or other custom levels and not have to retype or edit them.
