This is not a bug. Just a visualization feature: if your data feed and broker are not the same, you will see two lines in Order and Position Tracker: one for broker symbol and one for chart symbol (with broker symbol name in brackets).

My broker and my datafeed are the same and however, the orders sometimes appear duplicated.. Sorry Dave but i think it is a bug..

Well, I cannot subscribe to this point of view, because what matters to the trader is to be sure that his broker has the orders he sent to him, and only once. There should not be a duplicate with the feed symbole as this is not important. What matters is the broker side.

With all due respect, this is a bug. You CANNOT show two orders working when, in fact, there is only one. Whether it's a visualization issue or something else doesn't matter. In the heat of battle, I can't be scratching my head and saying, "Well, how many orders are working?"
I have talked to a couple of trading groups here in Chicago and explained to them that I have been experimenting with autotrading on MultiCharts. "The only problem," I say to them, "is that when you have the computer place an order, it shows up as two or three orders on the order tracking window ..."
Uniformly, they agree with me that this not acceptable and that it prevents them from using the software for their own automated trading. The reason is that you could be running multiple strategies across multiple markets. You MUST know how many orders you are working at any time, especially if the system goes down and you need to call the clearing broker to manage the orders.
Having duplicate or triplicate orders appear in the order window needlessly introduces complexity into one's trading operations and therefore limits the utility of MultiCharts in an automated trading environment.

This is not a bug, Sir, since you use a data provider that is differ from your broker. But we are planning to imporve this behaviour in one of future versions of MC.
