Simplify the method to build continues futures

Description

In chat by Roman and a next day bye Katrin I show how many mistake do to built continuos futures.

I suggest to simplify the method:

Simply select the current futures contracts and click a button that built continuos futures.
Automaticallt mc check if there are expired contracts and merge the expired with the data of current contracts futures.

Avoid to go in the root, set the price scale,set the min movment, set the time of trading ecc...

Keep it simple please, like tradestation, you add for example for es the simbol @es and all continuos chart it's plotted.
