Description

As part of code writing and troubleshooting, it is very common to routinely comment out and uncomment blocks of code.
You should be able to highlight the section of code, right-click, and select "Comment out". If what you highlight is already commented, the option should be "Uncomment".
This saves a lot of time.

Nice feature request. I'd like to add that there are also shortcuts created for this, like NotePad++'s Crtl - K (Block comment), Ctrl - Shift - K (Block uncomment) or Crtl - Q (Toggle Block Comment).

How is this different to using { and } ?
For single line comments, I use //

It's not that it is a different result over { }, it is just I am used to IDE's that have that feature and it annoys me that MC PL IDE doesn't. :)
