Backtesting inputs panel should reflect current setting for initial backtest starting points

Description

Currently backtesting inputs reflect defaults for signals rather than current settings which is very challenging when there are alot of signals in a chart and a lot of inputs. Either the panels should default to the current settings or enable a button that sets the starting values to the current settings.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Load a new backtest panel after changing signal to non-default parameters.
