Description

Use multicharts to send order to MT4, and from mt4 or mt5 to the broker.
Recive from broker all information, like account balance, the ticket of the orser and all message.

Many brokers use the MT4 system. I don't believe it would be necessary nor desirable to go through the MetaTrader platform unless necessary or far easier to code. It would be best to communicate directly with the broker using MT4 protocols. However, they may keep those under close guard. They have a debugger blocker on MetaTrader which would require an OS-level debugger to circumvent. It would be quite easy to build a communication bridge via an EA that ran in MetaTrader.

Why declined?
This is the solution for many markets that dont have any support from oficial MC data feeds,
