New order type or Flag for permanent order.

On exchange ,limit orders have place in orderbook.If order have a good place in orderbook(in front of most other orders) it have better chances to be executed (this tactic is used by most big professional players so named HFT players and Marketmakers). As of MC reset orders on close of every bar its reduce chances ,for limit order, to be executed because after reset, limit order lose his place in orderbook and stand behind of all orders.
For reduce this unpleasent  behavior/effect , permanent order or flag for permanent order needed.
Permanent order will be set when conditions for order set are true and deleted or changed when conditions for change /delete are true. No reset or any actions without conditions for that.
