I just spent 1 hour of my life that I will never get back just changing the time frame for an instrument list

Description

I have an instrument list that I wanted to replicate instead of having to re-input manually.  After copying the list with all time frames set to 1 Day, I was not able to change all (i.e. right click and format instrument) when selecting all instruments.  You can do this when modifying 1 instrument at a time.  Therefore, I had to go into each instrument to change the time frame.  Very time consuming.  Please change this!  It would also be helpful to be able to save lists for re-use and easy selection by name.

Steps to reproduce this issue

Select an entire list in portfolio manager, right click and there is no option for formatting instrument to change all time frames at once.
