Public Bug Tracker is now available!

The all-new Public Bug Tracker is now available!

We are pleased to announce that we have made a new feature for our users, a Public Bug Tracker. We called it Project Management, because any user can now be a part of the MultiCharts project, and help make it better for everyone.

You can submit issues, reviewing submissions of other users, and add comments. The system is completely transparent – you can see all of the reported issues, comments, and our status updates regarding each report. You can also track issues of interest, and find out precisely when it will be addressed.

The tool is relatively new, but we are populating it with issues that have already been confirmed. You can also use the “View Roadmap” feature to see where MultiCharts is heading.

Important Note: ALL bug reporting and feature requests should now be made using the new Project Management system. Make sure you read the How to Use section after clicking the Bug Tracker button. If you do not see a known issue in Project Management – please add it!

    Hi.

Please accept my congratulations, and sincere appreciation for the kickoff of the MC Public Bug Tracker.

As I commented last March ( http://www.multicharts.com/discussion/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7227&hilit=Bugzilla ), “in the light” bug tracking is a quality and customer-oriented transformative best practice. I’m very excited for the MC platform’s future robustness to see this practice adopted!

( Hey, where are the two-thumbs-up icons?! )

    Best Regards,

    – Progster
